We regret if you wish to leave Finya – and of course, congratulations if you have found your dream prince or princess! It is very simple to delete your own profile at Finya. Just log in, go to the Account area, select "Terminate/Pause Membership," then "Terminate Membership Permanently," and follow the further steps. After the process is completed, your data will be promptly deleted from our systems, and you will no longer receive emails from us unless explicitly requested otherwise. Only your nickname will remain blocked for a certain period for security reasons, so that no other person can register with this nickname in the near future.

Good to know: There are various providers on the internet that offer to carry out cancellations on your behalf for a fee. We have no influence over these – often dubious – offers. Finya does not cooperate with such providers. We advise against using such services. It is not necessary to hire someone for a "cancellation". Simply carry out the steps mentioned above, and you can quickly, freely, and safely delete your profile at Finya. Also, a "revocation" of a potential "subscription" or a "direct debit authorisation" is not necessary because Finya does not offer paid services or subscriptions.
