I can no longer log in. What can I do?

Most reasons why one cannot log in to Finya can be resolved by themselves. First, ensure that the software of your device is up to date. Make sure you are using a current browser and an up-to-date operating system with all updates.
Sometimes it may help to use Finya in "private mode" ("incognito", "Private Mode"). If it works there but not in normal mode, this is an indication that something is not correct with your browser settings. You might also be using add-ons such as ad blockers or similar that can affect the functionality of the browser. Try resetting the browser to default settings.
